Kay Foust Second Female Custer Rotarian Honored

Custer Rotary Club has been honoured to have Kay Foust as a member since 1989, just shortly after the Council of Legislation of Rotary International changed the RI Constitution to allow women into Rotary as members!!  Kay has been Past President of our Club, and has been a Board member for many years.  She has been active in the church, the community and had been involved in helping people through her many talents over the years.  Kay is retiring and moving to Rapid City where we are sure she will be involved in helping people in some way.  Thank you so much for always being there Kay.  Custer will miss you.
