New Rotary District 5610 governor Mike Gibson, left, and assistant governor Deb Niemi were the guests at July 13 meeting of the Custer Rotary Club. Also on hand was Gibson's wife, Vashti. Gibson spoke to the club about his plan for the district for the upcoming year and sat in on the club's board meeting to hear about things the club has done as is planning.
