Basketball rules and regs from a referee

Mark Naugle Custer School Superintendent, and former Basketball Referee, explained some of the rules and regulations of Basketball.  He shared some of the good, the bad, and the ugly (relating to dribbling )  of basketball.  When asked about the fans and their reactions to some of the calls, he stated, "He doesn't listen to them". He stated he loved refereeing, and it was a great hobby for him.  Mark is now a Referee Evaluator, giving newer referees insight.  Thanks Mark for an interesting program.
